After nearly 14 years as part of the CEI family our Human Resources Manager Ralph Stover recently announced his plans to retire in early 2010.  A former recruiter for the United States Army, Ralph originally put these skills to work as part of CEI's growing recruiting team in 1996.  Over the years, our growth necessitated that his role transition into the overall Human Resources area and eventually management of that function company wide.  We will all miss seeing Ralph on a daily basis, and wish him well!
