CEI is seeking a Web Analytic Manager who will be responsible for the oversight and lead of our Client’s Web Reporting and Analytic responsibilities. The Web Analytic Manager works closely with marketing managers to understand business needs, translate business needs into data requests, develop actionable plans, analyze results, and present findings. This position is responsible for performing detailed web site analyses to help understand where and how the site should be improved, managing the web analytic tools, web reporting, executing ad-hoc analytic requests from marketing managers, and plays a critical role in managing our A/B testing capabilities. The position requires the ability to lead multiple analytic projects, solve business problems using analytic skills and present results to internal and external clients. Basic Minimum Requirements include:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience and a deep understanding of how the web works (client-server interactions, how to track metrics, tagging, and data base requirements).
• Experience with web analytics concepts and tools such as WebTrends, Coremetrics or Omniture is required.
