Responsibilities                    ·  Participate in design, implementation, deployment, and support efforts.

                                                ·  Design, prototype and code new software components and applications based on functional specifications.

                                                ·  Coordinate with analyst teams to execute test plans and provide support during user acceptance testing.

                                                ·  Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate new functionality and to optimize them for performance.

                                                ·  Provide day-to-day production systems support including monitoring, trouble-shooting and fixing problems as they occur.

                                                ·  Work with other software engineers to design and implement application features and business functionality enhancements.

                                                ·  Author technical design and support documentation.

Qualifications                       ·  Technical, and systems analysis skills

                                                ·  4+ years related work experience with full project lifecycle.

                                                ·  4+ years of proven object-oriented software design and development experience

                                                ·  4+ years of proven design and development experience in Java-based technologies

                                                ·  Must possess 4+ years with Oracle SQL, SQL tuning, and PL/SQL skills         

                                                ·  3+ years of proven experience with such technologies as  XML/XSLT, Struts Framework, log4j, ANT, Spring Framework (nice to have)

                                                ·  Proven experience in building technology solutions to satisfy complex business needs

                                                   ·  Must be comfortable working in a Unix environment writing shell scripts.

                                                ·  Experience using and deploying to industry-leading application servers such as BEA WebLogic 9.x or above

                                                ·  Willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment

                                                ·  Proven ability to support multiple applications simultaneously

                                                ·  Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

                                                ·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

                                                ·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
