SAP Service Management (SM) System Analyst | Apply Online

CEI is seeking a SAP Service Manangement (SM) System Analyst to join our Client’s SAP Application Management Center in support of its Supply Chain Team including SAP Service Management (SM) functions; knowledge of SAP SD and Logistics Execution a plus. Your immediate responsibility will focus on contributing to enhancements and future projects for the newly implemented global SAP platform. You will also support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation, and end-user training.

To work on the implementation, enhancement and support of a SAP Supply Chain Management Demand Planning module. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience with SAP and APO with direct experience with DP and its underlying BW architecture.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing functions and features related to SAP SM, SD and LE solutions.
• Developing Business Blueprint including Process Data Diagrams and Business Process Definition based on “To-Be” requirements.
• Configuration of SAP Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution and Logistics Execution modules supporting defined business blueprint.
• Timely delivery of system solutions, configuration and business process results within a project implementation.

This candidate must have a Mastery level of knowledge with SM functions; working knowledge of SAP SD and LE modules a plus. Also the ability to develop functional specifications for development activities including interfaces, enhancements, reports and conversions.

• Requires experience in at least three full SAP implementation life cycles for large/complex projects.
• Minimum of four years experience with hands-on configuration.
• Self-motivated individual with ability to work in a multi-tasking, changing environment.
• Minimum of 4-5 years consumer products or high-tech industry experience in a discrete and/or repetitive manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and professional skills are required
