SAP Business Process Analyst | Apply Online

CEI is seeking a SAP IT Business Process Analyst with strong functional knowledge of SAP Material and Quality Management (MM/QM) modules. In this role, you will partner with the business units to understand their established business process capabilities and document their business requirements; model and redesign processes, workflows and roles in support of business change, and then translate these process and workflow requirements into validated business requirements documents. Additionally, you’ll thoroughly understand business / functional unit needs and processes, and anticipate, model, drive, and facilitate the redesign of roles, workflows, and processes to ensure that a timely and effective solution is provided.

• Requirements Planning and Management
• Requirements Gathering
• Requirements Communications
• Requirements Analysis and Documentation
• Requirements Implementation.

Other responsibilities include:

• Create Enterprise Analysis documentation.
• Develop the Business Requirements Management plan.
• Develop the Business Requirements Communication and Signoff plan.
• Create the requisite Detailed Business Requirements Documentation.
• Create Test criteria and unit & system test documentation (plans, cases, scenarios).
• Design and blueprint business process to transaction level (SAP)
• Conduct Analysis of test results, documentation of problems, etc.
• Develop Stakeholder Analysis map, detailing ownership and risk.
• Perform Cost / benefit analysis.
• Develop RFI / RFP documents.

The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of inventory management related processes in SAP including Requisition Processing, Schedule Agreements, Contract Management, Sourcing, Goods Receipts, Inbound Shipping, Inspection Planning, Quality Analysis, and Corrective Action.

• Also, having working knowledge and experience with SAP-SRM and SAP-GTS is desired.
• 5 – 7 years relevant technical work experience; 4 years of which must include business analysis or design experience in SAP.
• Candidate must be a team player who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
